"As a public school teacher, I have found these classes taught by Barry Carstetter to be excellent. The teaching techniques that he uses are techniques that work. The student actually LEARNS the targeted information. As a professional educator, it is exciting to find and experience teaching methods that assure student success.
I have studied the Spanish language in a variety of settings (public high school, university classes, and language classes in Mexico) and have never before been able to use the language. After one class of Rapid Spanish I gained the confidence to begin practicing and using the knowledge that I had locked inside my head. For the first time ever, I am enjoying learning Spanish. It IS possible to learn Spanish and it is FUN!

A student learning Spanish has the potential for communicating with over 500 million world citizens in 25 countries around the globe.

Learning Spanish is rapidly becoming a necessity for
doing business in the USA.

Today, there are more than 44 million native Spanish speakers living in the USA. (About the same number as those living in Spain!)

This number represents approximately 15% of the entire US population. What’s more, this group is growing four times more than the average national population.

The US Census Bureau estimates that by 2050, 25% of the US population will be considered Hispanic.

Our classes and workshops involve humor, drama, art, music, games, total physical response (known as movement or kinesthetic learning), authentic communication and intrapersonal as well as interpersonal support. We serve delicious, brain-healthy snacks, such as: seasonal fruit and vegetable dishes, chips with salsa and hummus, cheese and crackers, and gourmet coffees and teas. The environment is relaxed. We do not compare one student to another. Every student progresses at his or her own rate. Our clients say the four-hour session flies by and they are surprised by how much they've learned.
